Shipping policy

  •  Shipping Time frame
    All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that this does not include weekends or Japanese national holidays.

  • Shipping Origin
    All orders are shipped directly from Japan. We currently do not have any overseas warehouses, so international deliveries will be sent from our location in Japan.
  • Shipping Method
    We use UPS for international shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country or region, and all charges are generally shown in Japanese Yen (JPY) at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates
    Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. A detailed list of shipping rates by country and region can be found [here]. Import duties and taxes are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the importer (recipient). They will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
