Refund policy
At IFUJI, we offer refunds for any defective products (including damage during shipping) or items that differ from your order.
If you discover any issues with your product, please contact us via the CONTACT form within one week of the delivery date. Once we have confirmed the condition of the item, we will proceed with a refund.
Please note that returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- If you do not contact us within one week of receiving the product.
- If the product has been used.
- If the product is damaged or broken due to customer mishandling.
We do not accept returns for customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. Our products are crafted to highlight the natural characteristics of the wood, so each item has unique grain, color, and knots. Please understand that these natural variations are not considered defects.
In addition, if a return of a non-defective item is necessary, all associated expenses, including handling fees, shipping costs, and customs duties, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers) If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us via the CONTACT form within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
