Shipping time
For in-stock items, we will ship within 5 business days after payment is completed. We will notify you by email once shipment is complete.
If you would like to specify a date and time, we will accept your request from the 7th day after payment is completed. Please write "Delivery: Month/Day noon" in the comments section. To specify a time, please enter one of the following time slots.

Returns and Exchanges
Defective products (including damage during delivery) ・If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
We will exchange the product for a good one or provide a refund, with shipping costs covered by our company.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via CONTACT within one week of the arrival date. A member of staff will respond to you. In the case of a refund, the money will be refunded via the credit card used for payment.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, except in cases where the product was originally defective.
All of our wooden products are made to make the most of the natural characteristics of wood, so each piece is different in terms of grain, color, knots, etc. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wanting a different grain or color.
We will not provide refunds or exchanges for returned items in the following cases:
・If you have used it once
・If damage or scratches occur due to customer's fault
If you do not contact us within one week after the product arrives

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders after they have been placed due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
