* Our company's "credit card payment" uses a payment system that complies with PCI DSS (the international standard for card information security). This site does not hold any credit card information, and it is strictly managed in a security environment that has been certified as PCI DSS Level 1.


Delivery and shipping charges

*Delivery methods and shipping fees differ between in-stock items and made-to-order items.

In JAPAN, shipping costs for in-stock items vary depending on the size and weight of the package and the shipping area.
When you make a purchase, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart, so please check it.

Tracking Service
You can check the delivery status using the tracking number on the label.

Compensation system
In the unlikely event of loss or damage, compensation of up to 300,000 yen is available.

Shipping time
For in-stock items, we will ship within 5 business days after payment is completed. We will notify you by email once shipment is complete.

If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, we will accept your request from the 7th day after payment is completed. After purchasing, please contact us via CONTACT with your order number.

Recycled packaging
Depending on the size of the product, we may use recycled materials for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective products (including damage during delivery) ・If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered

We will exchange the product for a good one or provide a refund, with shipping costs covered by our company.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via CONTACT within one week of the arrival date. A member of staff will respond to you. In the case of a refund, the money will be refunded via the credit card used for payment.

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience unless the product was originally defective.

All of our wooden products are made to make the most of the natural characteristics of wood, so each piece is different in terms of grain, color, knots, etc. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wanting a different grain or color.

We will not provide refunds or exchanges for returned items in the following cases:

・If you have used it once
・If damage or scratches occur due to customer's fault
If you do not contact us within one week after the product arrives

※About canceling your order

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders after they have been placed due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
