We are looking for staff to join us in manufacturing at the IFUJI workshop.

There's a sense of fulfillment in tasks that require physical effort, critical thinking, and intense focus, and a fondness for the finished product that embodies the time and effort invested. While this alone brings happiness, the joy of seeing a completed item passed into someone's hands and cherished in use is a privilege granted only to those involved in manufacturing. Furthermore, once acquired, these skills allow you to continue working indefinitely. At IFUJI, we are committed to creating an environment where people can work for as long as they are physically able.

Manufacturing often carries the image of being "difficult, dirty, and dangerous," but IFUJI has continuously worked over time to improve the working environment.

Each room in the workshop is now equipped with air conditioning, allowing for comfortable work even in summer and winter. Recently, by separating the machining and finishing rooms, noise has been significantly reduced, and staff can now work away from dangerous machinery. Additionally, since the painting process does not use any organic solvents like thinners or highly toxic paints, work can be carried out safely. We will continue to gradually improve any remaining shortcomings in the future to create an even more comfortable working environment.

We are also working on the effective use of resources and the reduction of waste generated during the process. Naturally, we strive to use materials without waste. Any wood that cannot be used is then utilized as fuel for our wood-burning stove to heat the workshop in winter. Small quantities of plywood scraps, for instance, are incinerated using the latest incinerator introduced this year.

We believe that good manufacturing should consider total environmental impact reduction, not only in terms of product and service quality but also in creating a good working environment, optimizing raw material utilization, and managing waste. IFUJI will continue to pursue these goals even further in the future.
